Tender beef sirloin cooked slowly with onions and peppers that add flavor in a soy-based sauce.
Ingredients:

- 5 lbs beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions:
In a slow cooker, combine soy sauce, beef broth, garlic powder, ginger, brown sugar, sesame oil, and 1/4 cup water
Add sliced beef, onion, and bell peppers
Stir to combine
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours
About 30 minutes before serving, mix cornstarch and cold water in a small bowl until smooth
Stir into the slow cooker
Cover and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened
Serve over cooked rice
