Jordan's Chicken Burrito Bowls



These Chicken Burrito Bowls are great for easy get-togethers! They are a hit with everyone because they are full of tasty ingredients and toppings that can be changed to suit your tastes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • Sour cream and salsa for serving

Instructions:

Put olive oil in a pan and heat it over medium-high heat

Season with salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and diced chicken breast

It will take about 5 to 7 minutes of cooking to make the chicken fully cooked

Put cooked rice, chicken that has been seasoned, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, avocado slices, and chopped cilantro in serving bowls

Put salsa, sour cream, and lime slices on the side
