Vegan Oats & Honey Granola



Indulge in the sweet and crunchy delight of this vegan oats and honey granola. Made with wholesome ingredients like rolled oats, maple syrup, and almond butter, this recipe offers a perfect balance of sweetness and crunch.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts such as almonds or pecans
  • 1/4 cup dried fruit such as cranberries or raisins
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 325F 160C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet

Put the chopped nuts, dried fruit, rolled oats, and a pinch of salt in a large bowl

Along with the almond butter, melt the coconut oil and mix it with the maple syrup in a small bowl

Add the vanilla extract and whisk until the mixture is smooth

Add the wet mixture to the dry ones and mix them together until everything is well covered

Spread the mixture out evenly on the baking sheet that has been prepared

The granola should be golden brown and crispy after 25 to 30 minutes of baking

Stir it once or twice during that time

Take it out of the oven and let it cool down completely before breaking it up into clusters

Keep at room temperature in a container that keeps air out for up to two weeks
