Ingredients:

  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

Follow the directions on the package to cook linguine until it is al dente

Remove the water and set it aside

Melt the butter in a big pan over medium-low heat

About 3 to 4 minutes of cooking will turn the butter golden brown and give off a nutty smell

When you add the minced garlic to the pan, stir it around constantly for one to two minutes

Put the shrimp in the pan and cook for about two to three minutes on each side, until they are pink and opaque

Don't forget to add the cooked pasta and lemon juice

Add everything to the bowl and mix it well

Put grated Parmesan cheese on top of the pasta and shrimp mix

To taste, add salt and black pepper

Toss it again to mix it in

Take it off the heat and serve it hot

If you want, you can add more parsley and Parmesan cheese on top
