Banana Date Bites



You can eat these Banana Date Bites for a sweet and healthy treat. They are full of fiber and natural sugars. They are a great snack or dessert for people who want to treat themselves without feeling bad about it.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup dates, pitted
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions:

Put bananas, rolled oats, and dates in a food processor and blend them until they are smooth

Form the mix into little balls, and then cover them with coconut shreds

Toast the balls and then put them on a baking sheet with parchment paper on the bottom

Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before you serve it
