Grain-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies



Indulge in these grain-free chocolate chip cookies that are not only vegan and gluten-free but also incredibly delicious. Made with almond flour and sweetened with maple syrup, these cookies are perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings without any guilt.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 175F 350C

Put parchment paper on the bottom of a baking sheet

Melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt should all be mixed together in a bowl

Mix everything together well

The vegan chocolate chips should be carefully mixed in

Place the dough on the baking sheet that has been prepared, leaving space between each cookie

You can use a cookie scoop or a spoon to do this

Press down a little on each cookie with your fingers or the back of a spoon

Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake it for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown

After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down
