Easy Homemade Hummus



Make your own creamy and flavorful hummus at home with this easy recipe. Pompeian Extra Virgin Olive Oil adds a rich and authentic taste to this classic Mediterranean dip.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can 15 ounces chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 3 tablespoons Pompeian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons water adjust as needed
  • Paprika and parsley for garnish

Instructions:

In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, Pompeian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, and a pinch of salt
