These Spicy Barbecue Pork and Pepper Shish Kabobs are sweet and savory at the same time, and they have a kick of heat. Ingredients:

- 5 lbs pork loin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 bell peppers, assorted colors, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust to taste
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Wooden or metal skewers, soaked in water if wooden
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade
Place pork cubes in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour half of the marinade over them
Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for better flavor
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat
Thread marinated pork cubes, bell pepper chunks, and onion wedges onto the skewers in alternating fashion
Brush skewers with the remaining marinade before placing them on the preheated grill
Grill kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until pork is cooked through and vegetables are slightly charred
Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired
